Lead Generation Manager

About the vacancy

Gotoinc is looking for a Lead Generator Manager in our marketing team, who is ready to work with IT and Upwork platform!

What do you need to start?

• English Level at least B2-C1; 
• Experience – at least 6 months, and we will help you to grow up; 
• Completion of an IT courses will be a great advantage;
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative;
• Experience in creation of cover letters, follow-ups, and emails;
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize;
• Excellent time management skills.

What your responsibilities will be?

• Write bids on Upwork;
• Work with analytics to improve thr results;
• Follow up on started conversations;
• Analysis of key indicators;
• Coordination of work with the Sales Department on obtaining new projects and clients (Sales Branch);
• Help in sales and attraction of new clients and projects;
• Implementation of the lead generation plan (number of applications and new leads per month);
• Searching and entering them into the CRM.
