Gotoinc is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Incredible team!

About the Department:

Our ideal candidate’s profile:

  • 1+ years of project management experience;
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher);
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
  • Fast learner with a willingness to quickly acquire new skills;
  • Highly empathetic and collaborative with excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.


  • Technical background;
  • Experience in the service industry;
  • Business analysis experience.


  • Manage software development projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Prioritize and distribute project tasks among team members;
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders;
  • Perform change and risk management;
  • Allocate project resources effectively;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department in the pre-sales process;
  • Continuously improve project and cross-department processes;
  • Motivate and support the team, resolving conflicts when needed.
