Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

About the vacancy

Gotoinc is looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency;
  • Successful experience in B2B sales (American and European(e.g Israel) markets);
  • Ability to follow the established process of collaborating with Project Management and Marketing teams;
  • Ability to do a clear, inspiring and catchy presentation of the company you work for;
  • Being motivated and interested to improve the quality of processes and suggest improvements/adjustments to them;
  • Passion for self-improvement and motivation to upskill yourself regularly;
  • Strong service/client-oriented attitude;
  • Ability to plan and execute;
  • Self-organized and attentive to detail;
  • Have great self-presentation and time-management skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in IT outsourcing;
  • Knowing the best practices of Upwork.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Work on a freelance exchange (mainly Upwork);
  • Build your target audience network on LinkedIn;
  • Conduct calls with potential clients;
  • Interaction with the Marketing Department to process leads;
  • Interaction with Project Managers for the pre-sale activities;
  • Prepare proposals for interested clients.

  • Flexible working hours in the Ukrainian time zone GMT+2 (or 3-4 hours of overlap with Ukraine is required);

Please note:

Instead of spending hours on a test task, we suggest you make a short video presentation (up to 5 min) using the following structure and answer some questions:

1. Please introduce yourself;
2. What value do you bring to the end client as Sales Manager in collaboration with him?
3. How do you build trustful long-lasting relationships with end clients? Could you provide a sample you’re most proud of? How do you think what did help you back then to build such a strong connection with this specific client?
